They diligently guided us through the complexities of Italian bureaucracy and were always easily reachable via email, phone, or WhatsApp, with quick and helpful responses. Since 2019 we have been in contact with Immobiliare Menaggio, and in autumn 2023 we became seriously aware of a vacant property in our preferred area.
The location was important, the price as well, and then it was our wish that a future holiday home was not already renovated, because we like it a bit old-fashioned.
In February 2024, we went down and looked at the apartment, and it was a great reassurance for us that the estate agents had arranged it with the seller so that we had the apartment on hand until we had seen it.
So far, we only speak and understand a lot a little Italian, so it has been an invaluable help, which we have greatly appreciated.
My family and I are so satisfied that we worked with „Immobiliare Menaggio“. We thank the great team in the office , especially Leila and Nadja. They are both very professional, always got back to us and organized everything.

Wir waren schon seit längerem auf der Suche nach einem schönen Apartment am Comersee. Eine Immobilie in Italien – Ein Traum?
Wer ihn sich erfüllen will, braucht mehr als nur Begeisterung für das Leben im Süden; mehr als ein paar Grundkenntnisse von Land und Leuten. Gefragt ist eine kompetente Beratung, die nichts verspricht, was am Ende nicht erfüllt wird.
Auch wir hatten den Traum von einem Haus am Comer See, ohne die Details zu kennen, wie wir ihn realisieren könnten. Im Jahr 2004 lernten wir durch einen Zufall die IMMOBILIEN-AGENTUR MENAGGIO kennen. Das erwies sich für uns als ein wahrer Glücksfall. Durch ihren Repräsentanten, Herrn Enzo Maffioli , und seine Mitarbeiterinnen bekamen wir Gelegenheit herauszufinden, welches der überwältigend vielen Angeboten von Häusern am meisten zu unseren Vorstellungen passte. Am Ende war es ein Neubau nach dem Plan eines Architekten, wobei das Maklerbüro nicht nur die Aufgabe hatte, den Kaufvertrag vorzubereiten, sondern den Verlauf der Bauarbeiten bis zu unserem Einzugstag zu begleiten und auch bei der Kommunikation zwischen uns und der Baufirma behilflich zu sein. Nun wohnen wir schon mehr als 8 Jahre in unserem Haus und sind mit der Qualität dieser Immobilie hoch zufrieden.
