The service we received from you when searching for and subsequently buying our house in Menaggio was wonderful.  You helped us in so many ways, over and above simply selling us a house.  Your attention to detail in the negotiations and the purchasing process made everything go so smoothly.  Your assistance was invaluable especially where dealing with banks was concerned.  Since we bought our house we have come to rely on you to help us with so many aspects of living in Italy from accountants and taxes to setting up direct debits for our bills.  You have helped us gain our permission to build a swimming pool for which we are most grateful.  Even though everything is now set up and running, we feel we can turn to you for help as friends.
